The SlipCon "Perfection" DD brush sander is the latest innovation in the field of brush sanding and is the perfect solution for stain denibbing on cabinet doors, drawer fronts, face frames, sheet stock and more. Gently knock down the wood fibers (nibs) raised by the staining process from both water based and solvent based stains. The "Perfection" DD uniformly denibbs with two rows of rotaing - oscillating discs and is adjustable for disc height, rotation speed, oscillation speed, conveyor feed speed and abrasive grit. The revolutionary "Perfection" DD sands deep into profiles, around edges and flat panels and minimizes if not eliminates stain burn through.
Function:
The "Perfection" DD works effectively as a stand alone machine or integrates well with existing double roller brush sanders.
