Automated Stain Wiper (Like New - Never worked a day of production).
Upper section only conveyor not included; 50" usable width, 4" max. height cap. with motorized height adjustment. Intended use is for automated finish line, ie. spray machine or roller coating line. Ideal for flat panels, face frames, cabinet doors, mouldings, etc. Stain is evenly dispersed and excess stain removed by 3 rotaying brushes, 2 angled and 1 straight ensues optimum disribution even on raised panel doors. Brushes are easily removed for cleaning and quick change over. Comes complete with 3 extra brushes for a total of (6) and a motorized single brush cleaning tank.
NOTE: This machine was a part of a complete finish line with a main electrical control panel and as a result does not have an electric control panel of it's own.
However all of the motor starters and related electrial components were removed from the main panel and are included as well as electrical drawings.
At the buyers request a control panel may be built and attached to the machine prior to shipping for an additional sum of $1,500.
