The Weber TT Series for dry deburring, finishing and light grinding of thin sheet metal parts. Can be fitted with grinding rollers, wire brushes, Scotchbrite rollers and planetary heads for deburring punched and nibbled parts as well as for laser and plasma cuts. They work dry and must be fitted with a dust evacuation system. For higher material removal capacities, the models with the grinding rollers are used for rough grinding. The planetary head is used for the edge rounding and oxide layer removal. According to the preferred application, both the processes can be combined with one another in the required numbers. Wire brushes are merely used for achieving certain surface structures.
