The Barberan B8 robot for spraying water and solvent based materials is the most effective solution to space constraints in the workshop thanks to its compact design.
The Caroucel: Equipped with 8 arms, 1-4 circuits, and production speed of 4 to 10 m/min., the caroucel provides the simplest movement, and the closest to manual application, allowing spray gun movement speeds without any mechanical limit, for a perfect covering on flat or contured shapes as well as edges.
Transfer Efficiency: Higher transfer efficiency is possible due to its small overlapping pitch, the caroucel allowes working at a distance of only 130 mm from the panel.
Conveyor: The conveyor consists of 9 stainless steel belts. A totol width of 1600 mm with a 20 mm gap between ensuring transport of the smallest parts as wel as the recovery of the product. Due to the free space between the belts, the whole cabin base is a filtering surface (3 times more than conventional models). Because of the air flow direction (from top to bottom) and the large filtering area, the robot moves half the air volume of conventional machines and at a much low speed thus less air turbulence inside the cabin and better extraction of the overspray.
Smooth Mechanics: No shaking, vibrating, or wearig of guides and guide bearings nor damaging of hoses through flexation.
