CATTINAIR... EP2MI Denibbing Sander for flat and contoured parts
1250 mm (49-3/16") usable width cap., 0-100 mm (4") max. thickness cap., (2)-12" dia. counter rotating spiral flutted heads. Heads are mounted at a 30o angle and oscillate (45 mm) for more uniform sanding of profiled parts such as raised panel doors. Infeed and outfeed conveyors excluded.
Brush speeds are independently adjustable via control panel (100-400 RPM).
Brush height is adjustable via control panel (0-100 mm).
Oscillating brushes (60-100 cy/min).
Conveyor speed is manualy adjustable (1.5-7.5 m/min).
